AND Yahvah spoke to Moses, saying,
Speak to the children of Israel and say to them, When a man makes a special vow with the price of persons to Yahvah,
Then the valuation of a male from 20 years old up to 60 years old will be 50 shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
And if it is a female, then her valuation will be 30 shekels.
And if it is from 5 years old up to 20 years old, then the valuation of the male will be 20 shekels, and for the female 10 shekels.
And if it is from a month old up to 5 years old, then the valuation of males will be for the male 5 shekels of silver, and for the female 3 shekels of silver.
And if it is from 60 years old and up, if it is a male, his valuation will be 15 shekels, and for the female 10 shekels.
But if he is poorer than the valuation, then he will present himself before the priest, and the priest will value him; according to the ability of the person who vowed the priest will value him.
And if it is an animal of which men bring an offering to Yahvah, all that any man gives of such to Yahvah will be holy.
He will not exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he will at all exchange an animal for an animal, then both it and the one exchanged for it will be holy to Yahvah.
And if it is an unclean animal of which they do not offer a sacrifice to Yahvah, then he will present the animal before the priest;
And the priest will value it, whether it be good or bad; and as the priest values it, so it will be.
But if he wishes to redeem it, then he will add 1/5th part to its valuation.
And when a man will sanctify his house to be holy to Yahvah, then the priest will value it, whether it be good or bad, and as the priest will estimate it, so it will stand. 15And if he who sanctified it will redeem his house, then he will add 1/5th of the money of its estimation to it, and it will be his. 16And if a man will sanctify to Yahvah some part of a field of his possession, then its valuation will be according to its seed; about 10 ephahs of barley seed will be valued at 50 shekels of silver. 17If he sanctifies his field from the year of jubilee, according to its estimation so it will stand. 18But if he sanctify his field after the jubilee, then the priest will reckon to him the money according to the years that remain until the year of jubilee, and he will deduct from its valuation. 19And if the man who sanctifies the field wishes to redeem it, then he will add 1/5th of the money of the valuation to it, and it will be his. 20And if he will not redeem the field, or if he sell it to another man, it will not be redeemed any longer. 21But the field, when it is released in the jubilee, will be holy to Yahvah, as a field devoted; its possession will be the priest's. 22And if a man sanctifies to Yahvah a field which he has bought, which was not a field of his inheritance, 23Then the priest will reckon its valuation until the year of jubilee; and he will give the price of its valuation in that day as a holy thing to Yahvah. 24In the year of the jubilee the field will return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the inheritance of the land belonged. 25And all its valuations will be according to the shekel of the sanctuary; 20 gerahs will be the shekel.
But the firstling of an animal, which should be Yahvah's firstling, no man will sanctify it; whether it be ox or sheep, it is Yahvah's. 27And if it is of an unclean animal, then he will redeem it according to its valuation, and will add 1/5th part to it; or if it is not redeemed, then it will be sold according to its valuation. 28But every devoted thing that a man will devote to Yahvah of all that he has, both of man and animal and of the field of his inheritance, will not be sold or redeemed; every devoted thing is most holy to Yahvah. 29Every devoted thing which will be devoted by men will not be redeemed, but will surely be put to death. 30And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the trees, is Yahvah's; it is holy to Yahvah. 31And if a man wishes to redeem some of his tithes, he will add to it 1/5th part. 32And all the tithe of the herd or of the flock, even of whatever passes under the shepherd's staff, the 10th will be holy to Yahvah. 33He will not inquire whether it is good or bad, nor will he exchange it; and if he exchanges it at all, then both it and its exchange will be holy; it will not be redeemed. 34These are the commandments which Yahvah commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
