13001-01-17 (2010-03-04): Obama Formally Restarts Health Care Overhaul
President Obama gave a speech and formally restarted the movement to get the Senate version of the Health Care bill rammed through the House. He was willing to do so without a vote, though a vote would eventually be taken.
Obama's action mark the start of the Arab plague within the first born plague series of dates. Obama has previously been identified as the modern embodiment of the plague of Arab(flies).

27We will go 3 days' journey into the wilderness and sacrifice to Yahvah our God, as he has commanded us.
