Licenses and Copyrights
This page summaries the License and Copyright issues for
articles found on Bible Time.
Creative Commons
All materials on this website, that we have created, are copyright
by the author named on the specific page and licensed under a Creative
Commons License. You're free to do anything you wish with the material
except change the license, and you need to attribute to the author when
the author's name is given on specific pages. The Creative Commons License
provides a complete legal definition of what you can and cannot do with
these materials.
Beware: on many individual pages there is a composite of material and
there are many different licenses involved. For materials we did NOT
create there are other licenses involved. These may restrict your use more than
Creative Commons.
Ministry Commons
The reason for our careful use of licenses stems from the Bible's
Sharing Chain Mandate. For details, see the Ministry Commons
website.
Draft
All material on this website should be considered a
draft. Anything that does not make sense should
be checked with the individual page author. Author names
are usually clickable and provide direct feedback. You
can also use the Contact link,
found in page footers, in order to provide feedback and
ask questions.
Linking
There are no restrictions on links to this website.
