Fulfillment: November 5, 2004, Arafat Dies, Falluja Assault Begins

Rumors are now out on the Internet that Arafat died on November 5. Delays in announcing are linked to funeral arrangements. The death of Arafat marks a major prophetic fulfillment for the date. His wife Suha, by name, prophetically plays the Queen of the South. Also on this date bombing Falluja started and the Iranians apparently agreed to stop refining uranium.

Background

The date in question, late November 5, 2004, was the prophetic replay of various Bible stories. In particular New Testament parables dealing with Noah's Flood and the replay of events surrounding the year 70 AD.

The following is one of the best texts for this date, one linking together the various stories that replayed on November 5, 2004:

43 Luke 11:30-32 30For as Jonas was a sign unto the Ninevites, so shall also the Son of man be to this generation. 31The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with the men of this generation, and condemn them: for she came from the utmost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here. 32The men of Nineve shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here. (KJV)

(KJV/NC)

(LAM)

43 Luke 11:30-32 30For as Jonah became a sign to the men of Nin'eveh, so will the Son of man be to this generation. 31The queen of the South will arise at the judgment with the men of this generation and condemn them; for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and behold, something greater than Solomon is here. 32The men of Nin'eveh will arise at the judgment with this generation and condemn it; for they repented at the preaching of Jonah, and behold, something greater than Jonah is here.(RSV)

As I write this Debka has reported that Yasser Arafat died sometime on Friday, November 5, 2004, one week after being admitted to a hospital outside Paris. Read the Debka article here. There is another article on the problems of funeral arrangements here.

Formal announcements through the regulated media are not expected until Tuesday, allowing time for the various governments around the world to figure out what to do in the way of a funeral for the man.

Also on November 5, 2004, aerial bombing of Falluja began, with limited ground assault on the city beginning 2 days later.

These two headlines work well as fulfillment for the Bible stories expected on this date. Especially interesting is the death of Arafat, but let's look at Falluja first.

Falluja

The prophetic events on the ground in the years near 70 AD involved the Roman army and the invasion of Jerusalem and eventual siege of Masada.

These days the Roman army is run out of Washington DC and the army is again active, this time in Falluja, outside Baghdad. We take as a fulfillment the assault on Falluja, even if it isn't quite clear what it may mean in a prophetic sense. Falluja may eventually be seen by the militants in Iraq as equivalent to their Masada.

Note this is the biggest United States Marine invasion of a ground target, with 10,000 Marines involved, since 1968. This suggest it 'trumps' other events in both Persian Gulf wars.

The last time that the Noah's Flood story replayed in headline news was in January of 1991 and at that time too, the United States army was active, with the start of the air component of the 40 day long First Persian Gulf War. In Kuwait the modern equivalent of Rome's armies invaded, so these are all prophetic matches.

Curiously, there is an unstudied echo of this same prophetic date around the year 1860, the start of the American civil war, so this can fulfill in a variety of ways. At this prophetic date, it seems, the prophetic equivalent of the Roman army usually goes after what it sees as Rebels.

I expect the outcome in all these cases to be the same, the army wins, large loss of life on the other side. Considering Masada (and Jerusalem) as the patten, it is suicide to go against this army, especially at this point in the time line.

Arafat's Death

When Debka reports something as happened, it is almost always correct, even days, weeks or sometimes years ahead of anyone else. Debka has no particular reason to fake this date, so I trust Arafat has indeed died, and that he did so essentially at the expected prophetic time. His body may, or may not, remain hooked to life support machines.

The death of Arafat is more serious than Falluja in terms of the prophetic and in terms of eventual headlines from around the middle east.

For all that Arafat has or has not done in terms of terrorism and peace, he has maintained the status quo for many years. He did not plan for his own succession, so there is no one who can easily take his place. The power vacuum caused by his loss will likely not be filled without bloodshed on the part of the Palestinians.

I expect Arafat's passing to cause both peace and war.

By this I mean that the Palestinians will likely fight amongst themselves in order to determine a new leader, about like any street gang would pick a new leader.

I also expect that leader to instigate features of the 'Road Map,' the peace agreement that was put in place nearly two years ago at the start of the Tribulation. There is another roughly 18 months over which that document is likely picked up and used as the model between Israel and the replacement Palestinian leadership.

Notes On Arafat's Wife

Arafat's wife is Suha Arafat. In part the prophetic stories for this date involve Jesus' editorials on the queen of the South. In history she was the Queen of Sheba or just Sheba. Sheba and Suha are essentially the same name. Like so many other fulfillment headline stories where people involved have names match the names in the Bible, Suha Arafat is a key player here.

Suha Arafat gets a multi million dollar inheritance from Arafat's passing. This reinforces the idea that she is the Palestinian Queen.

Suha Arafat is also a Christian, an oddity considering Arafat's history, but not so odd when compared to the Queen of Sheba, a believer who lived in Solomon's time.

Suha may end up with more attention in these headlines than the Palestinian leadership may want to give her. She is the woman to watch over the next few days.

Notes On Timing

We are about 18 months away from the classic 'mid trib' date when war is expected to break out in the middle east. The 'Road Map' peace plan will collapse, with all that entails. Note how in history this mid-trib event was the invasion of Jerusalem and the construction of the present Dome of the Rock. The loss of Arafat could allow for dramatic changes on the ground so these events from history can replay again. (The mid-trib date is in June of 2006, it has an early echo in May of 2005.)

Notes On Iran's Nuclear Program

The Europeans also appear to have convinced Iran to suspend their nuclear weapons program at this prophetic date. I doubt it will have any real impact on the bomb making activities of the Iranians. It does make it harder for Israel to bomb Iran's facilities, without taking undo blame. Iran may yet have their chance at making nuclear dust at one of the prophetic dates in the future. They will likely keep working in secret, as they did at the start of this current bomb making season.

Notes on Asteroid/Comet

In my original write up for this date I linked to a possible set of prophetic stories dealing with an asteroid or comet strike. Unclear how those prophecies should now be interpreted. The folks actually involved in those prophetic words suggest we're in a 'pregnant pause.' I agree, but it is strange.

There is a lot more I could say about this, but this is the wrong venue. I should have kept to my own ministry, sorry. If you are interested in more, please write and I'll answer questions directly.
