Jesus Crucified

40 John 19:17-24
¹⁷carrying his cross, to the place which is called The Skull, but in Hebrew it is called Golgotha,
¹⁸where they crucified him, and with him 2 others, one on either side, and Jesus between.
¹⁹Pilate also wrote on a stone tablet, and placed it on his cross. And the writing was, This Is Jesus The Nazarene, The King Of The Jews.
²⁰And a great many Jews read this tablet, for the place where Jesus was crucified was near the city; and it was written in Hebrew and in Greek and in Roman.
²¹Then the high priests said to Pilate, Do not write that he is the King of the Jews; but that he said, I am the King of the Jews.
²²Pilate said, I have written what I have written.

²³Now when the soldiers had crucified Jesus, they took his clothes and divided them into 4 parts, a part to each of the soldiers; but his robe was without seam, woven from the top throughout.
²⁴So they said to one another, Let us not tear it, but cast lots for it to see whose it will be. And the Scripture was fulfilled, which said, They divided my clothes among them, and for my robe they cast lots. These things the soldiers did.

²³And they gave him wine to drink, mixed with myrrh, but he would not take it.

²⁴And when they had crucified him, they divided his clothes and cast lots on them, to see what each man should take.

42 Mark 15:26-32
²⁶And the reason for his death was inscribed in writing, This Is The King Of The Jews.
²⁷And they crucified 2 bandits with him, 1 on his right and 1 on his left.
²⁸And the Scripture was fulfilled which said, He was reckoned with the wicked.
²⁹Even those who passed by, blasphemed against him, nodding their heads and saying, Destroyer of the temple and builder of it in 3 days,
³⁰deliver yourself and come down from the cross.
³¹The high priests likewise were laughing among themselves, with the scribes, and saying, He saved others; but he cannot save himself.
³²Messiah, you are the King of Israel. Let him now come down from the cross, so that we may see and believe in him. Even those who were crucified with him, disgraced him.

43 Luke 23:32-42
³²And there were coming with him 2 others, malefactors, to be put to death.
³³And when they came to a place which is called The Skull, they crucified him there, and the malefactors, one on his right and one on his left.
³⁴And Jesus said, Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing. And they divided his garments and cast lots over them.
³⁵The people stood looking on. And even the leaders of the synagogue mocked him, and said, He saved others; let him save himself, if he is the Messiah, the chosen one of God.
³⁶And the soldiers ridiculed him, as they came near him and offered him vinegar,
³⁷saying to him, If you are the king of the Jews, save yourself.
³⁸There was also an inscription which was written over him, in Greek and Roman and Hebrew, This Is The King Of The Jews.

³⁹Now one of the malefactors who were crucified with him blasphemed against him saying, If you are the Messiah save yourself and save us also.
⁴⁰But the other rebuked him and said to him, Do you not fear even God, for you are also in the same judgment?
⁴¹And ours is just, for we are paid as we deserve and as we have done; but he has done nothing wrong.
⁴²And he said to Jesus, Remember me, my Master, when you come in your kingdom.
