26 Psalms 1:1-2:4
¹Blessed is the man who does not walk in the way of the ungodly, nor stays in the counsel of sinners, nor sits in the company of mockers;
²but his delight is in the law of Yahvah, and on his law he meditates day and night.

³And he will be like a tree planted by a stream of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaves do not fall off; and whatever he begins he accomplishes.
⁴The ungodly are not so, but are like the chaff which the wind drives away.

⁵Therefore the ungodly will not be justified in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous;
⁶for Yahvah knows the way of the righteous; but the way of the ungodly will perish.

¹Why do the Gentiles rage and the peoples imagine vain things?
²The kings of the land and the rulers have conspired and have taken counsel together against Yahvah and against his anointed saying,
³Let us break their bands apart, and let us cast away their yoke from us.

⁴He that lives in the skies will laugh, and master will mock at them.

26 Psalms 13:1-14:0
¹How long, Yahvah, will you forsake me? Forever? How long will you turn away your face from me?
²How long will I keep sorrow in my soul and misery in my heart daily? How long will my enemy be exalted over me?

³Consider and hear me, Yahvah my god; lighten my eyes, lest I sleep in death,
⁴lest my enemy say, I have prevailed against him, and those who trouble me rejoice when I am shaken.

⁵But I have trusted in your mercy; my heart will rejoice in your salvation.
⁶I will sing to Yahvah, because he has saved me.

26 Psalms 24:1-25:0
¹The land is Yahvah's and its fullness; the world and those who live there.
²For he has set its foundation in the sea, and has furnished it with rivers.

³Who will ascend into the mountain of Yahvah? Who will stand in his holy place?
⁴He who has clean hands and a pure heart; who has not sworn by his soul falsely, nor taken an oath deceitfully.
⁵He will receive the blessing from Yahvah, and righteousness from god our savior.
⁶This is the generation of those who seek your face, that proclaim your countenance, god of Jacob.

⁷Lift up your heads, gates; and be lifted up, everlasting doors, that the king of glory may come in.
⁸Who is this king of glory? Yahvah, strong and mighty, Yahvah mighty in battle.
⁹Lift up your heads, gates; and be lifted up, everlasting doors, that the king of glory may come in.
¹⁰Who is this king of glory? Yahvah of hosts, he is the king of glory forever.

26 Psalms 25:1-7
¹To you, Yahvah, I lift up my soul.
²My god, I trust in you; do not let me be ashamed, do not let my enemies triumph over me.
³Yes, let no one who trusts in you be ashamed; let the wicked be ashamed with their vanity.

⁴Show me your ways, Yahvah; teach me your paths.
⁵Lead me in your truth, and teach me; for you are my god and my savior; on you I wait all the day.

⁶Remember, Yahvah, your tender mercies and your lovingkindnesses; for they are from the beginning of the world.
⁷Do not remember the foolishness of my youth, but according to your abundant mercy, remember me because of your goodness' sake, god.

26 Psalms 32:1-7
¹Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven and whose sin is blotted out.
²Blessed is the man to whom Yahvah has not reckoned his iniquity, and in whose heart there is no guile.

³Because I suffered in silence all the day long, my bones waxed old during my deep slumber.
⁴For day and night, your hand was heavy on me; intense pain developed in my heart, great enough to kill me.

⁵I have acknowledged my sin to you, and my iniquity I have not hidden from you. I said, I will confess my faults to Yahvah; and you forgave all of my sins.

⁶For this, let everyone who is chosen, pray to you at an appointed time; surely even the floods of great waters will not come near him.
⁷You are my refuge; you will protect me from my enemies; you will circle around me with glory and salvation.

26 Psalms 75:1-76:18
¹To you, god, do we give thanks, to you, do we give thanks and call on your name.
²We will declare all your wondrous works; then, the time will come when I will judge uprightly.
³Then, the land and all its inhabitants will be humbled; you have ordained its people.

⁴You said to the fools, Do not deal foolishly, and to the wicked, Do not lift up the horn;
⁵do not lift up your horn on high; do not speak with a stiff neck.

⁶For defence comes neither from the west, nor from the east, nor from the desert mountains.
⁷But god is the judge; he puts down one, and sets up another.
⁸For in the hand of Yahvah there is a cup, full of a mixture of the dregs of wine; and he passes it from one to another; surely, all the wicked of the land will drink its dregs.

⁹But I will live forever; I will sing praises to the god of Jacob.
¹⁰All the horns of the wicked I will also cut off; but the horns of the righteous will be exalted.

¹In Judah is god known; his name is great in Israel.
²His tent is also in Salem, and his dwelling place in Zion.
³There, he broke the arms of the bow, the shield, and the sword, in the battle.

⁴You are all glorious and excellent from your mighty mountain.
⁵All the foolish of heart were dismayed; the mighty men of valor slept their last sleep.
⁶Their hands did not prevail because of your rebuke, god of Jacob; the horsemen are cast into a dead sleep.

⁷You, even you, are to be feared; who may stand in your sight once you are angry?
⁸You caused judgment to be heard from the skies; the land saw it and trembled
⁹when god arose to judgment, to save all the meek of the land.

¹⁰For the wisdom of man will praise you; the remainder of his wrath you will restrain.
¹¹Vow and fulfill your vows to Yahvah your god; let all who are around him bring presents to him who is to be revered.
¹²He will humble the pride of the rulers; he is dreaded by the kings of the land.

26 Psalms 97:1-98:0
¹Yahvah reigns; let the land rejoice; let the multitude of islands be glad.
²Clouds and darkness are around him; righteousness and judgment are the foundation of his throne.
³Fire goes before him, and burns up his enemies all around.
⁴His lightnings enlightened the world; the land saw, and trembled.
⁵The hills melted like wax at the presence of Yahvah, at the presence of the sovereign of the whole land.

⁶The skies declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.
⁷Confounded are all those who serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols; worship him, all his angels.

⁸Zion heard and was glad; and the daughters of Judah rejoiced because of your judgments, Yahvah.
⁹For you, Yahvah, are high above all the land; you are exalted far above all gods.

¹⁰You who love Yahvah, hate evil; he preserves the souls of his saints; he delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.
¹¹Light shone for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.
¹²Rejoice in Yahvah, you righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.

26 Psalms 121:1-122:0
¹I will lift up my eyes to the mountain, where my help comes from.
²My help comes from Yahvah, who made the skies and land.

³He will not allow your foot to be moved; he who keeps you, will not slumber.
⁴Look, he who keeps Israel, will neither slumber nor sleep.

⁵Yahvah is your keeper; Yahvah will protect you with his right hand.
⁶The sun will not strike you by day, nor the moon by night.

⁷Yahvah will preserve you from all evil; he will preserve your soul.
⁸Yahvah will preserve your going out and your coming in, from this time forth, and even forever.

26 Psalms 133:1-134:0
¹Look, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity.
²It is like the precious ointment on the head and on the beard, even Aaron's beard, that went down to the collar of his robe;
³like the dew of Hermon that falls on the mount of Zion; for there, Yahvah commanded the blessing, even life forever.

26 Psalms 145:1-7
¹I will extol you, my master the king; and I will bless your name forever and ever.
²Every day, I will bless you; and I will praise your name forever and ever.
³Great is Yahvah, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.

⁴1 generation will tell your works to another, and will declare your mighty acts.
⁵I will speak of the glorious honor of your majesty, and of your wondrous works.
⁶And men will speak of the might of your wonderful acts; and I will declare your greatness.
⁷They will abundantly utter the memory of your great goodness, your righteous will seek and will find it.
